Nathan is the principal and founder of Ministry Solutions, an organization located in Atlanta, GA that helps churches expand through intelligent growth strategies. In his role at Ministry Solutions, he has the responsibility of creating financial strategies for churches so they have more money to do ministry. He also provides high level oversight of each project.
Nathan Artt started Ministry Solutions in late 2012 after becoming a Christian at Buckhead Church in 2010. Following a successful career in banking and private equity, Nathan left his position as the SVP of Corporate Development at one of the largest financial firms in the country to follow a passion to see the local church succeed in using finances and facilities to expand ministry impact. His leadership has helped grow a small, one-man shop serving a few churches per year to a boutique, mid-size consulting firm with over $600,000,000 in successfully funded and managed church projects.
Nathan has two wonderful children; Canaan and Evie. In his spare time, he loves anything that involves his kids' desire for adventures, exploring Atlanta, and writing. He and his family are members of Renovation Church in Atlanta, GA, and enjoy volunteering in various ministries there.

Glen is the Executive Director of Chase Oaks Church a multi-site church in the North Dallas area. He and Julie have three 20 something children and live in Lucas, Texas. Glen has degrees from Purdue University and Dallas Theological Seminary. Glen has served on a few boards and has worked with Externally Focused Church Network, Leadership Network, Center for Church Based Training, RightNow Media and others trying to be helpful where he can.
MultiSite Solutions has assisted hundreds of churches in multiplying their impact through intensive multisite, church merger and multiplication consultation.
Over four decades of diverse ministry, Jim has pastored a church in Germany, grown a megachurch in Colorado and pioneered the multisite strategy for Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago.
Since 2005 he has been consulting churches in developing and implementing multi-congregation strategies. In 2019Jim merged MultiSite Solutions with Tony Morgan and The Unstuck Group to expand its capacity to assist more churches.
Jenni Catron is a leadership coach, author and speaker. Her passion is to lead well and to inspire, equip and encourage others to do the same. She speaks at conferences and churches nationwide, seeking to help others develop their leadership gifts and lead confidently in the different spheres of influence God has granted them. As Founder and CEO of The 4Sight Group, she consults organizations on leadership, team culture and organizational health.
Jenni is the author of several books including Clout: Discover and Unleash Your God-Given Influence and The 4 Dimensions of Extraordinary Leadership. Kristin Fry is a strategic and visionary leader who is passionate about improving systems, recognizing talent, developing leaders, and creating healthy staff culture. She has been in leadership in large churches and organizations for almost twenty years, including North Point Ministries in Atlanta, GA and Cross Point, in Nashville, TN.
Previously, Kristin was a staff member at Biola University working in leadership development. She has a Masters in Theology from Talbot School of Theology and Doctoral coursework at Dallas Theological Seminary.
Kristin has been speaking to and writing for people of all ages and stages of life for nearly two decades and has been featured in Relevant magazine. She is a contributing writer to several leadership online publications and has written leadership development resources for North Point Ministries and the reThink Group. She has been an onstage communicator at North Point Ministries for 10 years, and had the privilege of hosting the Collyde Summit 2019 in New Jersey. Kristin previously led Lead A Better Story, an organization that partnered with churches to equip them for effective small group systems. Currently, she consults for churches of all sizes and has expertise in organizational clarity.

During his 17 years on Life's Directional Leadership Team Kevin served as the Original Point Position for Developing Life's Multi-Site Strategy.
His areas of oversight included Finance, Property Aquisition and Development, Missions, Small Groups, and Security.
Since Retirement in 2017, Kevin enjoys advising Churches concerning their Multi-Site Systems.
Chief Operations Officer
Randy has spent many years helping churches grow in a safe, sustainable manner while being able to remain focused on their core mission and vision. He has accomplished that through the following roles:
As an Executive Pastor of a lager multi-site church (Mountain Lake Church based in Cumming, GA) Randy helped them solve a major debt issue, raise capital and pay cash to renovate 25,000 of Next Generation Space, locate and lease (with option to purchase) a permanent building for the Dawsonville, GA campus, and catch up on 15 years of deferred maintenance. While serving in this capacity, Randy also served on the church board, helped restructure the staff team, set up and led advisory teams for each campus and oversaw all day-to-day operations of the church. Randy also led the church through an accreditation process to certify the church with ECFA.
As President of MAG Bookkeeping Randy led a team of bookkeepers, accounting and church payroll experts, and others to serve hundreds of churches across the country as their outsourced bookkeeping and accounting service. Randy also hosted a ministry focused podcast, spoke and conferences, and did CFO coaching with many bookkeeping clients.
As a project consultant for Cogun, Inc. Randy consulted with dozens of churches to help them grow in a safe, sustainable way. The questions that he asked and help answer where: Are you healthy? Who are you and what is God calling you to do? And how much can you safely afford and how will that money be best spent. Several of these churches have gone on to build again and continue to reach more people with the life changing message of Jesus.
As an Executive Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church in Johnson City, TN Randy built systems, structures, and processes that allowed the church to grow from 500 in worship to over 3,000 in 13 years. This included acquiring and developing 7 pieces of property to enlarge the church’s footprint and to build 3 times. The master plan allowed the church to grow and scale.
As a Division Manager for McKesson Randy led a team of 45 people who generated $17M in annual revenue serving major grocery chains in East TN, Southwest VA, Western NC, and East Kentucky.
Randy is married to his best friend in life, Claranne. They are parents of 3 grown sons and grandparents to 2 wonderful granddaughters.
Glenn Wood is the Pastor of Administration for Seacoast Church where he has served since 1995. Seacoast is a multisite non-denominational church with 14 campuses across South and North Carolina. He oversees church administration, legal work, campus leases, site selection, campus design, politics, forecasting, construction projects, capital projects, bank relationships, and coordinates the works with the IT/AV departments work in campuses. He has a passion for working with data, data analytics, and operations.
His background includes retail store management, operations, logistics, construction, facility management, and management of sales teams. His work at Seacoast started when the church was one location and had weekend attendance of about 600. Currently the church has an average of 15,000 weekend attenders across all campuses. He is also the liaison for the Board of Trustees and works with them in carrying out the directives and coordinating compilation of data for their meetings.
He oversees all construction projects for Seacoast including the recent addition of a 2,500 seat sanctuary that opened in 2019 in Mt Pleasant, SC. Projects have ranged in size from $2,000 to $30,000,000. He is involved in all phases of project development, budgeting, design, execution, and facility commissioning.
Glenn works with the Church Network and heads up the Metro Network which is a group of roughly 400 churches across the US and Canada of congregations of 2,000 weekly attenders and up. He collaborates with Church Administrators, Executive Pastors and Operations Pastors across the country to share ideas, policies, and assist with operational questions.
He speaks at churches and at national conferences on topics including church operations, Working From Home, teaching Microsoft Excel classes, construction projects, and other topics.
Basically, he does what no one else wants to do!
Latrice Ashley joined Ministry Solutions in January 2020 as a Financial Analyst. Latrice's unique background involves Corporate Financial and Reporting Analysis in addition to Ministry Finance experience.
Latrice graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. After six years of pursuing a career in the Oil and Gas Industry, she transitioned into a ministry role as the Financial Comptroller at Hope City Church in Houston, TX in March 2017. Hope City is currently the fastest growing church in the United States with roughly 10,000 members after launching in 2015. In June 2019, Latrice made the decision to go back to the Oil and Gas Industry where she works full time as an F&PA Senior Analyst. Her vast experience has equipped and enabled her to be able to contribute greatly to wherever she is. Latrice takes on each task and project with great enthusiasm to make sure that everything she does is done well and to the best of her ability.
As a Financial Analyst with Ministry Solutions, Latrice's role is to assist in creating a clear financial picture for each client. This includes working to analyze and interpret the financial and giving history of each church. Her experience as a comptroller within the church world allows her to adapt well to the nuances related to ministry financials. Latrice considers it a great honor to see people's lives changed and the community grow stronger and is happy to partner with organizations that equip them to do just that.
Lee Allen Jenkins
Lee Allen Jenkins is Founder and Senior Pastor of Eagles Nest Church in Roswell, Georgia. He is also the president of the Lee Jenkins Group; a consulting firm that helps churches grow stronger organizationally and financially.
Lee is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, where he was a standout defensive back on the Vols football team. After graduating, He was drafted by the New York Giants of the National Football League, but after one year, his career was cut short by injuries.
This led Lee into the financial services industry, where he had a stellar 25-year career and reached the level of Vice President of Investments at two major Wall Street firms.
Lee is also a best-selling author and is in high demand as a speaker at churches, conferences, and business events. Lastly, Lee has been happily married to the love of his life, Martica, for over 31 years. They have three grown children, a daughter Kristin, and two sons, Martin and Ryan.
As the Executive Director, Matt leads Innovation, Expansion, Experiences, Ministries and Leadership Development as part of the Management Team. In addition to his passion to see Cross Point carry out its vision with excellence and urgency, he brings with him a wealth of talk radio knowledge and Seinfeld references. When he's not at work, you can find him on the golf course, listening to a leadership podcast or on the golf course listening to a leadership podcast.
